Jenna 's 3 tips for wellness

Free, easy to access and rewarding

Self-Compassion

I know that sounds a bit strange, but it's free. We tend not to be compassionate with ourselves, it’s one of the keys to a healthy mind.

Rhythm

Find your rhythm of breaking the mountain (healthy diet) down into small rocks, a bit at a time and change will happen.

Take a Break

The final piece is to soak up nature. I know myself when I'm having a busy day in the office.

If I just take a quick walk in nature, I feel like a new person coming back in there.
