Craig White is a High-Performance Coach and Mentor with over 28 Years of high-level coaching experience. Craig holds Master’s Degrees in Exercise Physiology and Holistic Nutrition, is an accredited NLP Master Coach, Life Coach, a Shadow Work Facilitator, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and a Breathwork Coach. He is known worldwide for his work in professional Rugby with teams and organizations such as Ireland, Wales, England, Uruguay, British and Irish Lions, and World Rugby.
Craig is also an advocate of men’s mental wellness and the creator of Men without Masks. Craig offers private mentorships, group retreats for men, team building consultancy, leadership training, and online courses. He lives in Hebden Bridge in the North of England with his fiancé Sarah and he is currently writing a Book about Men and Anger.
