From there he stood atop the highest point on all 7 continents, skied to the South and North Poles, and completed the Hawaii Ironman.

Sean has been interviewed by Steve Harvey, CBS Evening News, Fox & Friends, The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Early Show, Huffington Post, Outside the Lines, Sports Center, Washington Post, USA Today, Sports Center, and countless others. Sean's 3 tips for wellness

Free, easy to access and rewarding

Recognise when you may need help

Get outside and get your vitamin D in the sun. We all need to reset, recharge and reboot.

Find the activity or find the thing

It's a mix of breathing and exercise, but you can breathe while you exercise. Go for a walk, go for a hike, go for a spin on the bike, go for a run. It costs nothing to do that, but the mental rewards you will get from being physical or off the charts.

Find that safe voice

Positive affirmation in the morning, gratitude at night. Write in your journal, all the good and bad and bookend your day.
